FFF plays keys, bells, percussion and home-made machines
JZI plays keys, guitar and sings
JRG plays bass and howls
RNM plays drums like a mofo
We are inspired by the sweat on Fela Kuti’s forehead, by the hairspray in Kate Pierson’s hairdo, by the splinters of wood around Steve Shelley’s drumkit and by the way Tina Turner manages to sing like she really loved Ike even though he was a mean fucker.
